Sealed
Loose stones travel in a numbered, tamper-evident security bag. If the seal is broken, tell us before opening.
Care guidance
- Diamonds: soak in warm water with a drop of mild washing-up liquid, brush gently with a soft toothbrush, rinse and dry with the cloth in your Lustrahaus envelope.
- Gold: wipe with the cloth after wearing. Take rings off for cleaning products, swimming pools and the gym; chlorine dulls and weakens gold over time.
- Silver: keep it dry and stored away from air to slow tarnish. A gentle polish with the cloth brings back the shine.
- Storage: keep pieces apart so harder stones don't scratch softer metals and gems.
- Loose stones: keep them in their sealed bag until your jeweller is ready to set them.
Sell to us
